Furniture is completely gone when loading into Build Mode

So I updated my game yesterday, and today I was checking my mod compatibility and updating them, and everything should be good. I opened the game today, and it seemed to be working perfectly fine until I loaded into build mode, and all of the furniture, wallpaper, lights, etc., were gone in a house I was previously working on. Luckily, I have the most recent version of it saved to my gallery, but when I placed that on the lot, the furniture and everything were still gone. I even tried loading into other lots in the same and different saves, and the same issue is occurring on every lot I've tried, not just residential lots. I believe that railings on stairs are also gone as well. This is very frustrating, and I'm afraid to load into live mode now in case the same thing happens, and then all my sims items inlcuding paintings, photos, etc., would be gone. Is there anything that can be done to fix this??

Update: I just tested this with mods/CC disabled, and it is not happening anymore, so that right there tells me that it's likely a mod causing the issue, but I have absolutely no idea which one. Has anyone else been having this issue and figured out which mod is causing it? Thank you! I appreciate any help I can get!
