For Rent Unit Issue

Hello, for a while I have had the problem when I wanted to select units for an apartment. 

The UI around the rental units does not respond to my clicks on the buttons, neither to see the details nor to select the units. After clicking more often, the window opens to see details and to select the units but nothing happens. Thus, the housing unit remains empty but I can see which ones are possible to select and I select them and I confirm but the game does not let me save the selection.

I have already removed all mods, repaired the game, installed the latest version and cleared the cache. Solutions?
