Not received reward event items
I completed the blast from the past reward event and while I was doing the second half of week 3 and all of week 4 my progress wasn't updating. After I finished, my game crashed (could've been unrelated, but I'm not sure, my game almost never crashes) and now it's showing I haven't completed any of week 3 and 4 and it doesn't give me the option to do them at all. However, I still have the rewards from the first half of week 3.

Try moving this file to the desktop: Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\accountDataDB.package
See if that gives you the option back to do them. The file will be recreated.
