Friendship Bracelets Not Working in CAS Club Settings

It says to go into the club panel and set it as a uniform, but when I click on the button with a shirt on it and try to create a custom uniform for the club, friendship bracelets are not an option despite owning the perk. Did they limit it to adults despite frienship bracelets being primarily a "child" thing in Growing Together?
