Frozen game
Every time I go onto the sims it always freezes and I'm unable to save my game nor play it. I've updated the game, did a repair on it and yet it still continues to freeze not even 7 minutes after I log on.

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
- What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
