Functional Babies
In the Sims 4 , the babies aren't very active. I feel like there just used as an object and not treated like how real babies are. They should be able to be carried and brought places with their paren...
@Kaykaylee14, they are called babies, but technically they are infants. 😉 Infants don't walk -- once a child starts walking, they are considered a toddler, because they "toddle" about! ❤️ The infant/baby stage in the game is more for bonding with the family. While real life siblings that are old enough to go to school can hold babies and help out, in the game school-aged kids can't even water plants, so I don't think they could hold babies! 🤨😃 I do wish that school aged children could interact more with infants, but that is just how it is. We could never do a lot with our Sim infants in any version of The Sims. I don't play with Mods, but there might be a Mod out there that allows for more interaction with infants. Just know that having Mods in the game requires a lot of maintenance on your part . After every update/patch that EA does the Mod makers also have to update their Mods because if they don't then outdated Mods can cause a lot of trouble in your game! ☹️ But aside from that, you can always age your child to toddler if you find that stage more fun! 😇
Happy Simming! 🥳
