Having the same problem, and calling a repairman doesn't fix it. Nor does the live-in servo robot that typically acts as butler. Does anyone have a fix for this yet?

FWIW, sometimes it doesn't seem to be something actually broken that triggers the "Furious and Fancy" moodlet. Sometimes it's just a mess: a dirty dish sitting on top of a half-wall or a toilet tank, or a floor that needs mopping.

Maybe. But I can't find the mess if that's the case. Again, the robot butler automatically cleans, repairs, etc. So if there is something there, it should be getting handled.
Would be nice if EA could issue some kind of cheat code with a future update to locate/fix/remove broken items and/or dirt. Have had issues in the past with lightning strike dirt that can't be accessed too, and this could help eliminate that problem as well.

Yeah, I've set up the lights to work automatically, so when there are no Sims in the room, the room is dark. That can make it really hard to spot the puddle or the dirty dish or whatever it is that triggers the "Furious and Fancy" moodlet.
