Furniture and other interior items disappear in live mode

Every time I click LIVE Mode, the interior of my house disappears. I also cannot click the go up and go down in the upper right side of the screen. I already tried clearing the cache and moving in and out. I also  tried to repair the game using the EA app. I am only using the Base Game, Sims Royalty and Legacy Expansion Pack and Vintage Glamor.
