Furniture and other interior items disappear in live mode

Every time I click LIVE Mode, the interior of my house disappears. I also cannot click the go up and go down in the upper right side of the screen. I already tried clearing the cache and moving in an...

Please can you provide additional information. Which platform you are playing on, if you have mods/CC or never mods/cc and please can you show some screenshots of the issue.
