Furniture disappears after building walls

So basically whenever I draw / build walls and then try to place ANY furniture it just disappears as soon as I click to place it. Doesn't matter if its CC, in my household inventory, nothing it all just disappears and household funds stay the same. When I try to save after this happens it also doesn't save it just takes AGES and then crashes. I do have CC and mods but nothing is broken to my knowledge, and better exceptions isn't picking up the problem. I have deleted my cache and repaired my game and it's still happening.

    @chloexxolivia Please try the following: 

    Exit the game. Move the Mods folder from your "The Sims 4" folder [Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4] to your desktop (save it for reference) and delete the localthumbcache.package file in your “The Sims 4” folder. Then check in a new game save to see if this issue is still occurring. You can test without saving in order to identify which CC/Mods are causing the issue. Then remove or add updated version(s) of the Mod/CC causing the issue.
