GALLERY - FILTERS ISSUES

I am struggling with The Sims 4 gallery. I use gallery quite a lot and it annoys me when I can't use it properly.

ISSUES:

1. It's unable for me to filter the content I wanna see, when I use any of the filters there is always no results   sign in the end.

2. I can't search users by ID, contents by hashtags or by name. It only allows me to search content approved or liked by Maxis.

Please, if there is anybody who can help me, I'll be very very thankful for your help.

I'd love to see what other players want to share with us and maybe download it from them or any famous families created by youtubers.

    Category is a different matter. This setting applies to the time in which the objects were sent to the Gallery. You have three options, Most Popular, Weekly, and Latest, Choose Latest.

    In Gallery of the game, there is a lot of patience required, Sometimes you have to wait a long time before the content you are looking for will be open. You have to try different options. Families, lots, rooms. As it will finally turn on then you can already try to look for what you need.
    Check on the first page how many users there are in the Gallery. Do not look for anything if there is more than 40.000. The more users  - the worse the Gallery is working..
    What helps. Change the name of your Tray folder to Tray1. Remove the cache folder from the game folder. Searching the Gallery of game with the full Tray folder and the full cache folder is not a good idea. If you leave the game, you will delete the new Tray folder and return to the old folderTray the previous name.

    In the online Gallery, you have an advanced option on the right at the top. Turn off the option "Maxis", which is probably automatically set.

    Thank you very much for your reply.
    I tried to follow your instructions and I deleted cache folder and renamed Tray folder to Tray1. However, it doesn't really work. The truth is that my Tray Folder is absolutely full, but what may and what may not be deleted? ... I don't want to lose anything from the game.
    Also, I checked the amount of current Origin users and it was approx. 20k users.
    It still keeps saying No results which is strange because I know that is a correct ID of the user and I know hashtags this user uses.. it seems like her account and shared content in gallery was deleted, which isn't true.
    Please, do you have any other ideas? If so, please let me know.

    Could you give me her nick name and some hashtag what you are looking for? However, you must know that the latest fashion in Gallery is to change nickname. Any account owner can do it without a problem. I have this problem too. when some strange person writes on my profily and sends me greetings, then it turns out that it my friend changed nickname. Again..
    The Tray Importer program is very useful to packaging the contents of the Tray folder. I use it and I can keep Tray's content in the archive outside of the game. It's easy to use.

    Yeah, sure. For example I'll give you one of the youtubers..
    So her nickname is defilover and she uses hashtags: #defifreakyboo to everything she shares into gallery. Honestly, I don't think she's changed her nickname recently because it would be in one of her videos or so...

    The hashtag you have gave me works great I found defilover there without problem . One note, you have to choose the most popular or "latest"  option in this hashtag because there are zero objects uploaded this week!
    If you don't chage this option you will get " No objects found"

    Yes, it's set on 'All' category, which means it should work but somehow it just doesn't.

    This is so awkward but I had this 'Weekly' filter on. Only because it is not translated as weekly in the language I chose for my game....
    Silly actually :D

    The options should be Popular Now, Most Popular and newest.

    Popular now is infact weekly but it's not called that, unfortunately.

    Yeah you're absolutely right. But I never considered clicking Popular now instead of Most Popular because there is like no information in this sign that would tell me it's meant to be content added weekly. They probably should rename it because this is honestly a bit confusing.
