Hello, for some reason my gallery in the Sims 4 is not loading and showing red crosses on everything all of a sudden. I have tried suggestions of clearing the cache, repairing the game and adding exceptions to windows defender/firewall. I don't know what to do, someone please help?
Is this the Gallery, or My library? I've seen such in my Tray, which is the container for our builds and CAS. It shows up when I'm accessing My Library. Upon clicking on a box X'd-out, it gave me the message the file was corrupted. Say, what? Most of my builds in that Tray are now nothing but big red X's. As for how to fix it, I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you. I can offer you a cup of tea and some sympathy, though.
