Gallery not loading (tried everything) (sims 4)

So the gallery keeps loading and i tried this - turning of mods - deleting like 1000 tray items - deleting local thumb cache - repairing the game - turning of firewall - starting the router aga...

I still not able to load gallery and have lost everything I have saved in it as well and i have to create a new world everytime i play it is frustrating. thanks
