What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions except For Rent, All game packs except My Wedding Stories and Batuu, All Stuff Packs, Kits: Goth Galore, Book Nook, Grunge Revival, Modern Luxe, Basement Treasures, Greenhouse Haven, Everyday Clutter, Pastel Pop, Desert Luxe, Decor to the Max, Blooming Rooms, Industrial Loft, Courtyard Oasis, Incheon Arrivals, Throwback Fit, Moonlight Chic.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You could put each of the individual sims I created into a group of 8 and try to save them as a group. When I did this I got a pop-up saying that one of the names was disallowed, even though each sim was allowed to be uploaded to the gallery as an individual (using the same names). The names of the sims are: Sidney Sinisterre Leonardo Barone Patty Angel Miranda De Lulu Sheila Hugo Frank Silling Anna Wilkinson Richard De Ville
What happens when the bug occurs? I cannot upload the group of sims (even though they are already uploaded individually) due to a supposed disallowed name. I tried to fill out the suggested feedback form, and it says that feedback is no longer being accepted.
What do you expect to see? I expect to be able to upload the sims I created individually to the gallery, as well as as a group of 8 together in a single household. I also expect to see what the disallowed word is so I can fix it. I have also been playing with my mods removed for a few months now due to a separate bug that assumes I have uploaded a sim with CC when I have not.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I uploaded 8 sims individually to the gallery, and their names were not a problem. However, when I tried to upload those eight sims in a single group, I got a message that one of their names was a problem.
I tried to go to the feedback form about disallowed words, but it says that they are no longer accepting feedback.
Any suggestions about what I should do? There wasn't a problem with any of the very same names over the past day or so.
