Gallery Sims' likes and dislikes absent

When I save a Sim in my library, they retain all their likes and dislikes. But as soon as I upload that Sim on the gallery, it all disappears. I do not know if this is normal, I only noticed it a few days ago, probably because I don't often upload stuff. Has it always appeared this way since likes and dislikes exist?

I do have a few custom content / mods in my game but this Sim doesn't use any.
