My gallery is not connecting. I have tried absolutely everything from clearing cache to just resetting the EA app and my MacBook. Nothing is working. It also says that i am having issues with downloading the growing together pack. it says i own it but whenever I try to download it a pop up comes up saying soemthing is wrong with the preorder but I bought the pack as soon as it came out. I am honestly so over the sims4 never working and bugging out.
