Food not delivered: dine out

Since the new patch ( 18th september 2024) i can order food - the waiter comes as if to place the food but the food does not actually get placed. 

all mods and CC have been removed yet the issue persists - this was not an issue prior to the update and i may be one of the lucky ones in which dine out works quite well for me.
