I am having the can't connect to the gallery issue. I have done a lot of the suggestions in really old posts when we used Origin or even Steam. None of the remedies have helped and I even turned off the antivirus and firewall AND used a USB WIFI device to check if it was my laptop WIFI...funny thing is ingame I can access to buy new packs. EA app says I am online. I checked and my account is not banned. Please check on your end.
I just created a new account in EA. I logged in...it recognized my installed sims. I am currently running Sims 4 under this new account AND I was able to log to the Gallery!!!! This is NOT a WIFI, connectivity issue. The Sims 4 game is blocking by username.
