Having the same issue. Was working fine but all of a sudden, I can no longer connect to the gallery. Just the pop-up showing "Attempting to Connect" and constant spinning image. Similarly, when playing online, the game takes a very long time to load - not sure if its trying to connect to the gallery during that time.
I just updated my game for the Cozy Celebrations Event and can now access the gallery after the update. Not sure why it's so difficult for EA to make a simple announcement across their channels (X, Discord, Instagram, etc.) that disruptions may occur as updates are being readied for release, instead of having players delete mods, save files, etc., and pulling their hair out thinking it's something on our end.
hello ! that's what i did with mine too, i updated it and now the gallery works. wonder why EA is doing this.
i literally was trying to delete mods to see which ones were bugging up my game only to realize it wasn't a problem on my end. i guess the gallery stops for some players whenever an update is about to be released.
