How to play employed sim from different household Businesses and Hobbies

I have two households. Household A owns a business and employed a sim from Household B. When I play with Household B, I can’t find a way for a sim who’s an employee to go to work.

I’ve tried to do that by playing with Household B and visiting the business lot, then controlling business owner with control any sim mod and trying to open the business but the business panel was empty so this didn’t work out.

I’m assuming the only way I can play the employee sim and for him to be able to go to work is to play Household A, open the business and control the employee. But I was wondering if there’s any other way?

Moving employee to household A isn’t an option.
