Game Crash with new update

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• Any LastException/LastCrash files in your documents folder. Upload them to either google or oneDrive and post the link here.

• I do not use mods/cc (i don't know how)
•  I am on a PC

The lastException you have there looks like this issue:

Could you send your save to EA for that one.

For the freezing and crashing: Is this a particular save or also a new one ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?

• Press Windows-Key + R
• Type: DxDiag
• Click on Save all Information.
• Attach the Text File to your post
