game crashing after launching

am i the only one who's game is crashing after launching it launches fine and start to load give me a bit of hope but then it  crashes doesnt give me error i literally uninstalled my game reinstalled and still having the same issue can someone help me  and tell me am not the only one having this issue and if the sims is working on this issue
