Re: [CURRENT ISSUE] Sims 4 Failed to Launch Game

I have not been able to play my game since last month.  I tried again today to play, and I am still unable to.  Initially, was able to get to the home screen but when I tried to load a household, it would loop me back to the home screen.  Now, I can't even get to the starting menu of the game.  This is the error that I am seeing.
