Game Failed To Load

I am playing in University at the moment.  I have no mods or cc.  My sim would go all the way to class and then not go so I exited out of the game and restarted it.  I received Error Message: The game failed to load 110:83165b0:c91d482.  I backed out again restarted my computer.  Upon logging back in I clicked on load instead of resume and I can log into other households.  When I tried logging back into my University sim I received error message: The game failed to load 134:51970318:3b9f8c8c
