Game gets stuck in pause/Lagging
Since the newest update the game has a problem where Sims will freeze in place and won't do anything for minutes on end. Another issue is that the game will sometimes be stuck in pause mode.

Is this with or without mods/cc ?
Are you still having issues with this after removing your mods/cc ?
