I am needing assistance with this crash. Thank you in advance
I had mods on a previous user folder, but crash still occurs on a new user folder with only the saves carried over

EloquentHalo If the game only crashes when you attempt to load a specific save without mods, etc. then, that save is either damaged or corrupt and you will have to start a new save. Not what you wanted to hear, I know, but it's usually the case more often than not when what you have going on happens.

unfortunately only EA can read crash files.
Is there any pattern when it crashes ? When you try to load the game ?
Could you also please post a more current DxDiag ? Just run it again and post that.
