Game is either lagging or a new bug

Question

HELP. My game seems to have messed up a bit as you can tell by the pictures this shouldn’t be happening. I’ve closed my game, restarted my laptop, shut it down for the night. uninstalled and reinstalled everything. Don’t have any mods and everything was working fine yesterday then had a crash as I was saving. Have started a new game and still the same result. This only happens in live mode.

I am on a laptop and have played sims 4 for over 2000 Hours on here and as above, this worked fine until the crash, all graphical settings are and always have been on low to maintain performance.

this is an issue that others have reported. Usually it's an issue with your graphics drivers.
Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R- Type: DxDiag- Click on Save all Information.- Attach the Text File to your post
