Game keeps crashing

I will get to the main menu of the game and everything works ok but as soon as I click to play in the game it will immediately crash.  Have uninstalled twice and still no fix.  Haven’t been able to play for days.

    Could you please provide the following information

    -  Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
    -  What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
    - What error code are you getting ?
