game not saving in build mode

i saw someone post something similar to this like a month ago but they didnt respond when someone asked them about the problem. 

for the past week or so almost every single i use build mode, my game wont save after i place around like 5 objects at a time, idk how to really explain it but i get stuck on the save screen and have to force close my game. on a rare, rare occasion the game wont break but i lose more progress than i gain in this process 

i do use mods but i took them all out, the only cheat i use is moveobjects.  ive repaired my game as well. im unsure of where to go from here, the game just isnt usable in this state.
