Game Packs & Familys Gone?

I downloaded the sims on my windows 11 and logged into my PS4 ea account which I have already purchased multiple packs on, none of the packs transferred over or anything on my account. It doesnt have anything saved not even the same ea tag but somehow has both accounts on my one email?

    DLC is not transferable between Mac/Windows and Playstation/XBox. You will have to purchase packs for each platform.
