@neekhoe This is a known issue with the EA App and Sims 4 bundles. The only fix is to get a refund from customer support, and for that, you'll want to speak with a person in real time. Phone support is only available in France and Germany, but live chat is offered everywhere if you pick the correct category of issue. That can be difficult, but keep trying until you find one that works.
One approach is to try to use the help site without signing in. Some categories of issue allow you to continue without an active login, and those tend to offer live chat.
