Game stuck endlessly in loading screen after downloading Life and Death

Question

Hi! As the title says, after downloading Life &amp; Death EP my game gets stuck in the loading screen of my current saved file forcing me to force quit every single time, Everything works perfectly once I uninstall the EP from my game but every time I try to download it and play it, with or without mods it gets stuck time and time again. Please help me figure this out. Thanks!

Try resetting your sims 4 folder and testing in a new save game and see if the issue remains there also.https://help.ea.com/au/help/the-sims/the-sims-4/backing-up-and-resetting-the-sims-4/
