since todays update my game just keeps on loading.I have deleted local thumb cache,repaired game,removed mods folder and even tried playing offline.The actual game still wil not load.Any ideas please thanks in advance
patwood1946 Try removing the entire Sims 4 folder that contains your saves and other user data. This will remove, but not delete, your saves and anything else still in there.
If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
