Game won't load previously saved households and lots
every time i open the app it makes me create new sims when i already have a game saved. when i go to click my saved game, it makes me choose a plot then makes me create a new one. i have tried uninstalling it. creating a new account and nothing seems to be working. it won't let me actually play and won't load any plots when I try to play.
