How do I Game transfer to a new computer?

I dont have current copies this is a brand new computer never had the game installed on it ever
@MsDebbieB Then all you need to do is download and install the runtimes, as described; restart your computer; and try to install Origin and Sims 4.
- @puzzlezaddict I did and its not finding any of my saved games...its making me start all over with no games that were bought

Saved games won't come across as I mentioned previously. If games like "The Sims 4" isn't even showing up in Origin, then you must be using a different account. You MUST use the same account you used on the other PC.
The games you purchased are attached to the account you logged in with.BTW... Make sure to click on "My Game Library" on the left side of Origin to see what games you've purchased on that account.
