Also, the prove of what I say and why I do believe it is a bug is this: just click on any other sim with whom your active sim does not have a romantic relationship. Then, select “Romance” from the menu and you will not find the option to kiss. That’s normal! So why an NPC can do it? I find that unacceptable.
CM Edit: Keep content clean and appropriate. Players of all ages see EA Forums, this is true even for T and M rated games. Make sure that any posts or images you use, or any websites you link, are in line with the EA Forum Rules & Guidelines below and the EA User Agreement.
Some of your replies in this thread have been removed as they were in violation of the Community Guidelines (we have younger simmers here too). As @Reekyteek said above this is likely the work of the Free Love action plan, they also provided steps on disabling it if you wish.
Regardless, this does highlight a potentially problematic area and I've sent your feedback up to the Sims team for looking into.
Thanks for sharing.

Sorry but if Freelove means that a sim can romantically kiss another without its consent and without having a romantic relationship with: that’s sexual harassment and it should be banned from the game completely. Disabling Freelove is not a solution because you will be exposing players who are unaware of that.

Quick note, appended to EA-Cade's response in case there is some reason it shouldn't be here:
If this is helpful or informative in any way to this discussion: I've been playing for over a year and have never once seen the behavior being described in this thread.
For clarification, I have seen it zero times.
However ...
One of MY sims has the "romantic" trait, and he tends to rush some introductions and immediately gain a romance bar with a complete stranger. Annoying? Yes. But I am certainly not complaining to EA or meaning to make a complaint on the board. I simply take steps to revert the relationship, or work around this event.
Moreover, and I should clarify, he never starts physical interactions with other sims. He *does* do this plenty with his significant other, however, hahaha.
- 5 years ago@goofylittlerhino I encountered it at least twice in other neighborhoods where the NAP was implemented by game automatically. It was not disturbing for me, but it may be for other people.

We have another word for impregnating someone against their will. It starts with an 'R' and I can't say it on these forums. (and don't pretend it's consentual, the men are ALWAYS surprised and confused) I've tried to bring this issue up before but EA memebers I've sent messages to don't respond and, like I said, it's a topic that's not safe for the kiddos. But it's okay in the game? I wonder... The Sims is rated T for teen, but that type of aggresion falls under a higher rating if I'm not mistaken.
I've also had the same problems from the free love NAP. Complete strangers walk into my house and give my sims passionate kisses in the middle of breakfast before I know what's happening. To me it's a lesser issue than the abductions, which are an intentional aspect of the game for some reason. It seems like a bug to me because the receiving sims don't ever turn the actions down, like it seems they should in cases of strangers. I'd be fine if it bothered the sims as it should and gave them a negative relationship.
The bigger annoyance to me is the use of "free love" as a term. It has a very real and important meaning, but here is used just to make everyone in the neighborhood loose.
Apologies if anything I wrote is against guidelines. I've tried very hard to keep certain terminology out of this. I don't want to start an argument but a discussion. This a topic that's very important to me, and no doubt others. Imagine playing this game if you had been a victim of certain agressions, it'd be rather upsetting to be smacked in the face with this in an otherwise happy-go-lucky game.

Im sorry but I think there’s already better report priorities atm such as existing bugs report. This is literally forgivable and OP seems to exagerate the situation by accusing EA of promoting molestation. I don't even understand how this thing should be reported since if you play the game you know why it happens, and how this situation happens does not make it looks like agression or whatever OP is reporting.
what’s next? Autonomous woohoo considered as R…? A sim without any clothes running around considered as agressor? Srsly this is a game, don’t take it seriously. Some weird things has been there since the sims 1 and those weird things never been what you are talking about.
