I hope this is the correct thread for this, because it's pronoun-adjacent . When a teen sim goes to high school in High School Years, the principal gives a little welcome speech and addresses the sim as Mr or Ms [Lastname]. I have not tested this with every combination of customizable gender and pronoun, but it seems that the principal always uses the form of address based on the sim's "base gender" in CAS and it does not reflect pronoun choice at all. So if I have a he/him "female sim" (like, my concept is "transmasculine teen exploring gender identity and expression"), he is addressed as Ms [Lastname]. If I have a she/her "male sim", she is addressed as Mr [Lastname]. Finally, they/them sims are also addressed based on "biological gender"; maybe there should be a third title, like Mx (which is used on official paperwork in places like the UK).
