Get Famous - No Green Stars Shown in Instrument Interactions

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs. City Living, Get Together, Get to Work, All Game Packs, Laundry Day Stuff, Toddler Stuff, Kids Room Stuff, Romantic Garden Stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Before I installed Jungle Adventure, I was able to gain Fame Points by playing the guitar, violin, etc. Now there's no green start by these interactions. Not sure if this is a bug or it was taken out.
What happens when the bug occurs? Not able to get fame points by playing instruments -- used to have the green star that allows you to get fame points.
What do you expect to see? Instead of seeing the +fame points in these interactions, there's nothing there.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

- @xtheugh but have you checked on a public lot, the picture looks like it's a home lot. I believe the fame sign comes up in the air after you have done the interaction on the guitar.
