Get Famous Event goals missing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.48.94.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Every single one (but no mods)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Plan an event (any event)
What happens when the bug occurs? There are no goals on the event. I have no indication of what to do to get bronze/silver/gold.
What do you expect to see? Event goals (eg have two sims drink)
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I have installed Get Famous on my PC. Now there are no goals/hints in the events to help me get to Gold event status. The goals/hints have also disappeared from the Sims image bubble. I have NO mods.
