Get famous not available in south korea

We are sorry that due to unforeseen circumstances, the approval from Game Rating and Administration committee has been delayed and The Sims 4: Get Famous will not be released in South Korea on 16 November. We are now working on this and we hope to bring you the game as soon as we possibly can.

I want to play a new game pack so I have been waiting since this morning.
Why can't you buy it?
I'm sure you said it would be released today, but why can't you make a purchase?
Do you know how many times I've been sending this inquiry?
When can I buy a game?
Please answer me quickly and resolve it.

  II live in Korea now. It is morning in Korea and it is already released and I have to play games. But we haven't made a purchase yet. Because it did not appear on the homepage.

    Try restarting Origin, and have a peek under the expansions.

Hey, so I live in Seoul, South Korea since 2017 and I had no issue while living here to buy other packs. Get famous is supposed to be out but is nowhere to be seen. EA assistance chats didn't help.
The game doesn't appear in the shop, nor online. On the sims website, nothing happens if I click on 'add to cart' and the price isn't even displayed.
When I launch the game, Get Famous icon doesn't even appear in grey or anywhere except on the Gallery content as seen on the picture. I really want to buy it but I am helpless.... Any help please?
I tried to restart my laptop, repair the game, uninstall and install Origin again, etc.

    Thank you for the reply. I had to dig for this, and the reason why it's unavailable is mentionned nowhere else. So frustrating since I am on this issue since 5 pm and it's currently 11 pm.
    
    How can we know is this will ever be released here, in SK?
