hi all...i have a weird issue. one of my sims constantly get a need to swipe moodlet and comes from kleptomaniac trait. however my sim does not have this triat on him so how is he getting it

This is because the Sharing is caring NAP is in effect.
Sharing is Caring is a NAP or neighborhood action plan that came with the new pack. Eco Lifestyle. Sharing is caring is one of them. If this is enacted then anyone can take anything they like.
But if this is not the case I have had a similar issue with other modlets. I am sure someone with a bit more knowledge then I can guide you there.
