Hello i just downloaded sims 4 on pc and my sim has been a green ghost and i don't understand why my sim is a ghost i dont understand and i dont know what to do

how do i become a human?
And i just created another sim i bought a plot of land of 8k normally my new sim had 20k and now i have 0 while i only bought land how can i fix this
