Glass roof not visible from inside, can see a hole instead and the sky

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.61.15.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything besides University, Get Famous, Realm of Magic and Strange Ville.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Make a glass roof and look from inside the room to see if you can actually see the roof or just a hole.
What happens when the bug occurs? After placing a glass roof, if you look from inside the room towards the ceiling, instead of seeing the glass roof all I see is a hole in the ceiling and the sky.
What do you expect to see? I'm expecting to see the glass roof, not a hole.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I've recently noticed that whenever I place a glass roof, it is not visible form inside the house, and instead of seeing the actual glass, all I see is a hole. I have deleted all my mods/CC and then I tried clearing the cache, repairing the game, turning my graphic setting high to low and everything in between, made another save and even completely uninstalling the whole game and all the expansions/stuff packs and still nothing.
Usually it wouldn't bother me and I would just ignore it, but I have started an Instagram page with all my builds and I can't take proper photos of the interior when there's parts of my ceilings missing ☹️
If anybody has any suggestions as to what I could try, that would be great. Also, I'm extremely new on this forum and got no idea if I'm posting this in the right place ( ?).
