Glitched stuck as Ghost Out of Body Experience Moodlet Disappeared

I tried using the search function so if this is a duplicate please merge it.

I have on Sim who stayed home with the Out of Body Experience 8 hour moodlet while my other Sim went to work in the Doctor Career (and joined him). When returning home, Sim 1's 8 hour out of body experience moodlet is gone and she's stuck as a ghost.

I've tried resetting her, haven't been playing with mods, also moved the Sims 4 Electronic Arts folder to my desktop and opened the EA app to have another one generate. Put my save in and she's still broken PLUS we also still don't have the last tasks showing for reapers rewards.

    *I can fix it by cooking ambrosia because I already had the ingredients but to my knowledge she shouldn't have gotten stuck. Additionally, It should be after several times of doing the out of body experiences that they get stuck as a ghost.

    Also the reaper's rewards seems to be fixed now.

    @JNarz19 Does the Sim still have the trait of the death ? What death was it ?

    Also are you using mods/cc ?
