Goals for the Painter: Work-Life Balance aspiration not completing

I am playing on a PC with only Life and Death and Get to Work installed (no cc). I am playing a character who works as a Detective. Aspirational goals that have to do with work are not being checked as completed, even though I've completed them in the game. For example, "Go to work" would not complete without using cheat codes, no matter if I went to work with the Sim or if I let the Sim go to work alone. The aspirations.complete_current_milestone usually works to fix the issue, but it is not working for the "Take a vacation day" goal.

    I've cleared the aspiration from my Sim, so I cannot get a screenshot now, but after doing a bit of digging online, I found a few extra details that may help explain what I'm experiencing. The Painter is the aspiration I'm referring to, and Work-Life Balance is the label on the milestone I was seeing. However, the "Go to Work" requirement falls under the "First Day on the Job" milestone. I believe all of my milestones were being labeled as "Work-Life Balance," as I completed each requirement list, but it's possible I'm misremembering.

    If you're saying that "Go to Work" is not a task under any of the Painter milestones, then there may be a deeper bug at play here. These were the labels I saw when I experienced the original issue.

    Note: I'm referring to the Painter tutorial aspiration, not Painter Extraordinaire. This Sim is one that grew into adulthood outside of my main household, so the aspiration was randomized.

    which aspiration are you doing ? I'm not aware of one called Work-life balance and the Painter one doesn't have the tasks you are describing. I can only find mods that add that.

    Could you maybe post a picture ?
