Uploading Sims to Gallery, 'My Library' showing dupes

 

 

 

Sorry for the bad screen images. I was unsure how to take screenshots in-game from the Gallery.

'My Library' is showing dupes. I did have some uploaded to the Gallery, but now the Cloud image is gone from them.

 

Manage Households only shows them once

 

Going into my Profile Gallery, some show that they are NOT saved to my Library

What should I do? Keep deleting one, or keep them both? I want to use the MC Command Center (MCCC) mod to replace random game-generated townies with the Sims from my own library using the #mccc_include tag. Keep it simple for me, my pea brain sucks with mods and stuff haha. Thanks!

    luvlayla​ I've had duplicate Library items before, in my case, it was lots.  I'm not sure why it happens but the duplicates are phantoms and the files aren't really there in the Tray folder.  It's just a visual issue.  Trying to delete the extras doesn't work and what you can end up doing is deleting households or lots you don't mean to.  My duplicates did go away eventually and I'm not exactly sure what caused that to happen, but I think it was a user folder reset.  So, if you want to try that, just follow the steps here:  📓[GUIDE] Clean User Folder Approach | EA Forums - 12690428   Hopefully, that will fix the problem for you.  If it doesn't, come back and we can go from there.

    To really get detailed help on using the MCCC feature to replace in game sims with sims from your Library, you should ask at the MCCC Discord.  I'm no expert by any means but I have used MCCC to replace the appearances of sims in my game but not using that hashtag method.  I used the copy/paste appearance options which worked pretty well but I only used it on a few sims.  Doing it that way for a lot of sims will take a lot of time.
