goth household and lot will not load while everything else does after new patch

goth household will not load after july 23rd patch and if you move them out and try to load the lot it still does not load.

i have tried like 3 different saves no mods and mods the only mod i use is mcc center tho as well as reseting my sim folder by typing in electronic arts folder sims 4 old so it generate a new

sims 4 folder still did not load even with the new sims 4 folder.
