Graphics options gone and we need a dog walker! (xbox one)

I am very upset

I am a long time fan of the Sims since the very beginning I have been playing this game for more hours than I can count. I am extremely dedicated to my game, and I have spent a lot of money on all the add-ons and expansion packs kits, and everything else. that being said this game is my ultimate favorite however, I am extremely upset because as of lately I have noticed that things have changed in the game settings. I recently my game has been doing automatic adjustments to my graphics to better suit my gameplay for Xbox one I understand that it is only trying to help however, as of recently, it has only been getting worse. when I went to my graphics to try and fix what was wrong I noticed that the graphics tab and the option menu is now gone. I can no longer fix my graphics to suit my needs, and no matter what I do there is no way to change it, or even really talk to EA themselves to complain about this issue. which has forced me to come to this site for answers like I said, I have spent a lot of money on this game in which I expect to get my moneys worth. As anyone who has played this game you would understand just how expensive this game can be I can no longer see the small detail on most of the items in the house. The cute dog planter with the succulent coming out of the top no longer has a face. It is very frustrating to me because I really like seeing the detail in this game, and I would like to have that option for myself, whether I want it or not, if it slows down my game then that’s my problem I don’t like how I’m basically getting told what I can or can’t have for my graphics after all the money I have spent. And EA needs to do better. I have seen them at their highest and their lowest in right now for the Sims four on Xbox Consol they have hit their lowest. I am very upset with this new update. I did not pay all this money just to see a blur. also, I believe that if you were going to add pets to a game that you should be well prepared with plenty of things for those pets, and other options to take care of those pets with that being said. The cats in the game have a lot more to do to take care of themselves and have things to lay on or play with than the dogs do. I also don’t like how it basically takes about 10 hours of gameplay to walk your dog who wants to be walked just about every day. It is very hard to gain skills and progress your Sim at the same time as taking care of your dog. Even a so-called independent dog has a hard time. Also when moving to a second floor we’re having a second floor house, the dog can never seem to find its way outside when asked to go to the bathroom. But yet can’t leave the house and go outside at any time on its own. I don’t like having to coax my dog into coming to the front door just to find the exit to go use the restroom taking my Sim away from whatever she was trying to do. It takes 30 minutes of their time to walk from one end of the house to the next depending on the size of your home. I don’t believe it should take that long . That being said 1 to 2 hours is a max for walking your dog. Also, we can hire all kinds of services, butlers, maids, gardeners, and nannies, but we cannot hire anyone to help us walk our dogs. I find that kind of confusing because that should be one of the most important  services to hire since it takes so long to walk your dog. In real life we have dog walkers. Why can’t we have them in the game? EA needs to come out with a new pack for animals that provides dogs with more to do provides the Sims with more interactions  and provides a dog walker so that our Sims can have our animals and still progress themselves without the risk of the dog being neglected for a simple walk. I know my rant is long. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
