Greyed out screen when trying to choose business activities

Hey all.

I'm having issues where when I go to select business activities for my small business it will grey out. I assume there is a UI that is meant to open but nothing comes up. 

I do play with some UI mods, but nothing that should effect this UI and I have no mods that should impact the new business feature. 

Better exceptions is also not spitting anything out for me. 

Any help would be amazing!
