Grimtern Career Bug?

I am TRYING to play through the Soul Reaper Career, and got to a point where I needed to reap Vivian Lewis's soul. When I got to her house, I got a prompt for "Listen to Plea" for my work task, which describes finding a Sim with an overhead title and doing an interaction. However, none of the Sims on the lot had the overhead effect. I have overhead effects on, and wanted to get a report in for this as soon as possible!
